[list] Extra Arnona/water charge

We received our Arnona bill the other day with an additional 60 shekel 
charge (outstanding). We called the Iriya and were told that this is from 
2 years ago and they have no further information. 
Did anyone else receive something like this? 
Is it something that we can dispute? 
Is it worth the headache to dispute a 60 shekel overcharge? 
How can we insure that this won't happen again? 
Can any of the council members look in to this and update us?
