[list] Keeping our neighbourhood safe on leil shabbat

I third Moshe's suggestion....
We've been living here for 9 months and are quite happy here, however after reading comments such as these,

"This would allow time for those who do not wish to live in a neighbourhood closed on Shabbat to find another neighbourhood"

It makes me wonder what kind of people am I living amongst!!!!
