[BS/RBS list] misrad haklita voucher project

Misrad haklita have apparently extended their voucher project. You may be entitled to up to 10,000 nis or up to 80% of the fee of a professional course provided it is recognised by the agency. Open to people who received Oleh Chadash status in the last 10 years and currently unemployed.
