The Chevra Kadisha just announced that the levaya will take place at 11am.

A clarification:

 

The levaya is not scheduled for 8:30 in the morning. The plane is scheduled
to land at 8:30 and they will then be on their way to Eretz Hachaim. Someone
from Cleveland told me that they levaya is actually scheduled for 10:00.
While I can't be sure that it will be that late, there is no way that it
could possibly be before 9:15 and will in all likelihood be later.
