[BS/RBS list] seeking bed pad...

Does anyone know where to find protective be pads? the kind used for seniors or kids, ABOVE the bottom sheet, half or 3/4 mattress size, waterproof bottom and soft/comfy material top?
No luck finding one so far!!

If you have one in good condition you no longer need, happy to take it off your hands, as well!
