[BS/RBS list] Hot Molten Chocolate Cake Microwaved in a Mug Recipe Here!

This recipe is really easy, all you need apart from the ingredients is a microwave and a mug!
Perfect for a late night chocolate craving!

Ingredients:

4 tablespoons self raising cake flour (plain won't work)
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 egg
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons milk (can use soya/rice also)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence

In a bowl mix the dry ingredients toegther
Add the rest of the ingredients
Mix very well till there are no lumps
You can mix it all in the mug but its harder to get the lumps out and disolve all the flour

Transfer to a mug, then microwave on full power for 2 mins
As everyones microwave is different you have to experiment with the timing until you find the right amount of time.
Use a watch with a second hand if you dont have a digital microwave as it can overcook really easily.
Try less time for more liquid chocolate

The final result is a moist cake with hot chocolate syrup

When ready pour on to a plate and enjoy!!
