The Greater Beit Shemesh Blood drive is very important to helping MDA replenish and maintain our nation's blood supply!!

DATE: Sunday, September 11th, 2022 / Or l'16 Elul 5782

TIMES: 16:00 to 21:30 

PLACE: Beit Knesset Feigenson, Nofei Aviv (downstairs in the Ulam Smachot)

WHO: Healthy adults ages 18 to 65 (17 with a parent's note - just print and fill out this consent form and bring to the drive).

WHAT TO BRING: Teudat Zehut, Passport, Driver's License i.e. photo id with their their identification number. 

WHAT NOT TO BRING: Please leave your adorable children at home. We don't provide babysitting and a blood donation center can be a dangerous place for small children (especially while their parents are donating blood)

RIDES: Rides to/from the drive can be cheerfully arranged. Please contact us if you'd like a ride.

MDA's blood reserves are running out! Patients need blood urgently, but there is a deficit of thousands of units. If you are able, come and donate, and tell everyone you know to donate as well.
