Miriam Green of Beer Sheva is a poet, author, and lecturer whose latest book, "The Lost Kitchen - Reflections and Recipes from an Alzheimer's Caregiver" chronicles her family's struggle with a beloved parent who is "disappearing" into dementia.

Miriam will join us to discuss her journey in a special fundraising event for Melabev -- Bet Shemesh's day care and support center for families struggling with the ravages of Alzheimers.

Melabev depends on donations to provide its vital services, which provide pleasure and dignity to the elderly, and respite for those who love them.
