Tragedy in Beit Shemesh.
Menachem Elchanan Winteritz, who was strangled from a seat belt in a car, died last night (Wednesday) at Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital.
On Thursday last week, the 6-year-old Menachem Elchanan suffocated from the seat belt he was wearing while he was in the family car with his twin brother.
Rescuers who arrived at the scene performed resuscitation efforts and evacuated him to the hospital in critical condition.
For six days the doctors fought for his life, many Tefillot were said and even the name 'Raphael' was added, but sadly, last night the little boy returned his soul to his Creator.
His funeral procession was Wednesday night from the Shamgar Funeral Home to Har Hamenuchot in Jerusalem.
May the family be comforted among the mourners of Zion.
