Netiv Express Begins to Operate in Beit Shemesh on Friday

The new bus lines will be operated using more than 200 modern buses with a very low emission levels, including 24 accordion city buses and in about six months, dozens of electric buses that will be operated for the first time.

The variety of improvements include: 25% increase in frequency of buses ,  new bus routes, better connections between neighborhoods in Beit Shemesh, and quicker access to  the shopping centers, malls and the train station.  In addition, four dedicated service centers will be established in Beit Shemesh which will provide lost and found services.  There will be 40 places to fill your Rav Kav by cash or credit card.

Beit Shemesh Express director Yehuda Amar: "The operation of public transportation by Beit Shemesh Express is accompanied by forward thinking and long-term planning in order to deal with the increase in the city's population with new standards of service, courtesy and efficiency. In cooperation with all the relevant professionals , headed by the Ministry of Transportation, we continue to study and monitor the effectiveness of the changes, in order to constantly monitor and upgrade the city's transportation for the benefit of the residents. "

5 - Railway station to Ramat Avi Ezri (Gimel 1), via Heftziba (Kne Bosem), Chazon Ovadia, railway station, Yigal Alon, Levi Eshkol, Chafetz Chaim, Ben Ish Chai/Yosef Karo (depending on direction), road 3855, Zanoach turnoff, Hayarkon, Eliyahu Hanavi, Devora Hanevia, Yona Ben Amitai, Yehezkel Hanavi, Neria Hanavi, Zecharia Hanavi.

17 - circular route, Ramat Avi Ezri (Gimel 1) to BIG, via Ramat Hatana'im (Bet), Hakirya Haharedit, Municipality, Bituach Leumi: Yigal Alon, Ha'aliya, Ben-Zvi, Herzl, Yitzhak Rabin, Hatavor (in the other direction, Rabin, Naimi), Yitzhak Rabin, Ma'apilei Egoz, Rashi (in the other direction Yehuda Ben Ze'ev, Levi Eshkol, Harav Herzog), Nehar Hayarden, Nahal Hakishon, Yeshayahu Hanavi, Yona Ben-Amitai, Yehezkel Hanavi, Neria Hanavi, Zecharia Hanavi.
