A Better Education for Our Children

Due to the great success of the Shuvu Elementary School, a religious elementary school known for its strong values,  education and extracurricular program, a need developed to create a similar middle school geared towards its sixth grade graduates, guided by the same core Shuvu values, where their students will continue to excel academically and socially.   

To meet these needs, a new religious middle school, Meitav, was born. This religious middle school for boys and girls (in separate buildings)  emphasizes the same values of Shuvu: high-level education and rich extracurricular programs, without compromising on providing love, respect and guidance for their students. 

Mrs. Esther Ackerman, the principal  of Meitav, is a warm and loving educator with many years of teaching experience.  An admired and beloved figure among her students, she provides authority and strength, combined  with sensitivity and love for each student. Alongside the principal is her VIP team of professional and experienced teachers that supports each and every individual student academically and emotionally.   

Meitav’s school curriculum is carefully selected to follow the latest guidelines and programs from the Ministry of Education. Their units, classes, and school books are carefully chosen to meet these requirements and to fully prepare their students for their high school matriculation exams in Mathematics and English subjects, as well as in computers, physics, biology and chemistry.

With the professional guidance, personal attention, and supportive learning environment that Meitav provides, students are able to reach their full potential academically and socially without compromising on their religious values.
