How to Sell Your Chametz Online

In order to sell your chametz for Pesach, you must contact your personal rabbi and sell your chametz, personally and directly (קניין). This year, it is preferable to sell your chametz in person, but if you are unable to this is an online option. 

*The actual selling of chametz will take place on Erev Shabbat. Fill out the forms by Thursday, at 12:00pm. 

Anyone who cannot sell their chametz personally through their rabbi can sell their chametz through the following options:

Chief Rabbanut

1. Enter the online form to sell you chametz (Heb)
2. Complete you personal information
3. Check the box granting the Chief Rabbinate of Israel to sell your chametz on your behalf
4. Send the request. Store your sold chametz in a labelled and closed place until after Pesach.

Chabad

Fill out this form on Chabad Israel's website

All sold chametz must be put in closed and marked places until after Pesach.
