Last Chance to Apply for Your Return to Work Grant from Bituach ...

Bituach Leumi announced that employees that return to work by April 30th, 2021 for a salary that is lower than their previous salary may be eligible for a 4-month grant. If eligible, the grant will be deposited directly into your account, so that your total income will be higher than the unemployment benefits that you received.

Who is eligible?
If you were paid unemployment benefits and returned to work between Nov 1st, 2020-April 30th, 2021 and the salary you receive today is lower than your previous salary. Please note that you may still be eligible for the grant even if you started working for a new employer, as long as your previous salary was higher than your new salary. Your new salary can be higher than the unemployment benefits that you received for you to still be eligible.

When do applications close?
You may apply until April 30th
