Description

When traveling abroad, travelers are at risk for infectious diseases, and the risk presents differently in every country.
In general, the risk increases when:

- The level of sanitation at the destination is lower
- The conditions for staying abroad are more difficult, such as backpacking etc.
- The trip is lengthy

Therefore a new travel clinic is opening at the Terem branch in Beit Shemesh for travelers to get necessary vaccinations before a trip. Since most vaccinations are available regularly, it is recommended to consult with a doctor on the need for vaccinations prior to travel. If you decide that vaccinations are necessary, it is recommended to receive your shots at least 6 weeks before the travel date.

The clinic is open Mondays from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
Appointments must be booked in advance: 1-599-520-520.
As of today, the Beterem Shemesh Travelers' Clinic only has an arrangement with Maccabi Health Services.
Members of other health groups must pay in full.
