Description

After intense public pressure, it has been announced that in around two weeks there will be a new stop for passengers of the 419 traveling from Jerusalem to Beit Shemesh. The new stop will be at the Trampiyda at the exit of Jerusalem, like the 417 & 418 buses.

After the Yirmiyahu/Ahaliav stop was canceled, passengers traveling from the southern and western neighborhoods of Jerusalem (Bayit Vegan, Givat Shaul, Har Nof and others) were forced to walk all the way to Yirmiyahu St,. near the Ganei Geula neighborhood, to ride home on the 419. Now, after public pressure, and the hard work of Deputy Mayor Moshe Sheetrit and other activists, the new stop at the exit to the city has been added.
