Our client flew to London for a family visit together with her husband and 6 children. After an easy flight, they arrived on Thursday morning but, unfortunately, their baggage didn’t make it! Many phonecalls and emails to the airline didn’t help to track down the bag.

Luckily their travel policy covers such a situation (where baggage is delayed for at least 24 hours). Each family member was entitled to $150 to buy essential things. Mom immediately set off shopping, and the family managed to look respectable for the London Shabbas.

Finally, on Sunday morning, their missing luggage was delivered! The new purchases were added to their wardrobes and the visit was a happy one, with all the family enjoying being together.

As the British saying goes: ”All’s well that ends well!”
