All kindergartens, elementary schools, and middle schools will start after the summer vacation on Sunday, 1st September, 2024 - כ"ח באב התשפ"ד

The school year ends on Monday, 30th June 2025 - ד' תמוז תשפ"ה

First day of School: Sunday, 1st Sept 2024 / כ"ח באב

Rosh Hashanah:
Vacation on Erev Chag and 2 days Chag, from Wednesday 2nd October - Erev Chag / כ"ט באלול
School Resumes - Sunday 6th October /ד' בתשרי 

Yom Kippur:
Vacation on Erev Chag, Friday 11th October / ט' בתשרי 

Vacation between Yom Kippur and Sukkot:
From Sunday after Yom Kippur, 13th October the vacation continues through to Tuesday 15th October / י"ג בתשרי

Sukkot: 
Vacation from Erev Chag: Wednesday 16th October / י"ד בתשרי until Thursday 24th October / כ"ב בתשרי
School Resumes - Friday 25th Oct / כ"ג בתשרי  -  Isru Chag is not a vacation day.

Channukah:
Vacation from Friday 27th Dec / כ"ו בכסלו until Thursday 2nd January 2025/ ב' בטבת
School Resumes - Friday 3rd January 2025/ ג' בטבת

Purim:
Vacation from Friday 14th March/ י"ד באדר until Sunday 16th March / ט"ז באדר התשפ"ה
School Resumes - Monday 17th March/ י"ז  באדר

Pesach:
Vacation from Friday 4th April / ו' בניסן until Shabbat 19th April / כ"א ' בניסן
School Resumes: Sunday 20th April / כ"ב בניסן  - Isru Chag is not a vacation day.

Yom Ha’atzmaut:
Vacation from Thursday 1st May / ג' באייר
School Resumes: Friday 2nd May / ד' באייר

Lag BaOmer: Friday 16th May /  י"ח באייר is not a vacation day. School as usual.

Yom Yerushalayim: Monday 26th May/ כ"ח באייר is not a vacation day.
There is school on Yom Yerushalayim but it is marked with school celebrations and trips to Jerusalem.

Shavuot:
Vacation from Sunday 1st June / ה' בסיוון until Monday 2nd June / ו' בסיוון
School Resumes - Tuesday 3rd June / ז' בסיוון - Isru Chag is not a vacation day.

Summer Vacation:
> Ganim and elementary schools finish on Monday, 30th June 2025/ ד' תמוז תשפ"ה

> Private schools, Talmud Torahs, and schools in different school systems such as Chinuch Atzma’i may differ slightly.
