Job Opportunity: Marketing & Automations Specialist
Optimize is a web design agency in Ramat Beit Shemesh and looking for a results-driven, tech-savvy Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who lives at the intersection of creative campaign strategy, technical automation, and AI-driven efficiency - without needing to write code. This position is for someone with mother tongue English.
The Role
You will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing marketing funnels. This includes managing paid social campaigns, ensuring data flows correctly between our tools, and obsessing over conversion rates and user experience.
We need someone who is extremely diligent, manages their task list with military precision, and ensures that no detail - no matter how small - ever falls through the cracks.
Responsibilities:
~ Workflow Automation: Use Make.com and other no-code tools to integrate our marketing stack and automate repetitive tasks.
~ UX & Conversion Optimization: Audit landing pages and ad creative to improve user flow and increase conversion rates.
~ YouTube Strategy: Manage and grow YouTube channels, focusing on content strategy, SEO, and technical channel optimization to drive subscriber growth and engagement.
~ Campaign Management: Build, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns from scratch.
~ Data Organization: Maintain and optimize datasets (like Airtable) to track leads, performance, or campaign assets.
~ Fundraising Support: (Plus) If you have experience in online fundraising, you will help adapt marketing principles to donor acquisition and retention.
What We’re Looking For
~ Extreme Diligence: You are meticulously organized. You stay on top of your task list daily and take personal responsibility for ensuring every project reaches the finish line without oversight.
~ Automation and AI Wizardry: You are an expert in Make.com and/or similar tools. You know how to connect disparate apps to create "magic" workflows.
~ AI Literacy: You are proficient in using generative AI to solve problems and speed up your workflow. You know how to prompt effectively to get high-quality results.
~ Design & UX Eye: You don't need to be a designer, but you must know what looks good and what "works" for a user.
~ Excellent English: Fluent English is required for copy editing and communication.
~ Self-Starter: You don't need a manager to tell you how to learn a new tool; you enjoy the "build" process.
Why Join Us

~ Sick Pay from Day One: We care about your health and peace of mind. We offer 100% paid sick leave starting from the first day, going above and beyond standard legal requirements.
~ Financial Growth: We believe in rewarding loyalty and excellence. You will receive a guaranteed yearly raise that exceeds government-mandated increases with multiple opportunities for additional bonuses.
~ Hybrid Flexibility: Enjoy the best of both worlds with a flexible hybrid model, allowing for focused work from home and collaborative days in the office.

Role: Part-time or Full-time.
Location: Hybrid (Remote + Office in Ramat Beit Shemesh).
