Due to the current security situation and in accordance with Ministry of Health directives, health fund clinics and Tipat Halav (well-baby) centers are operating only in locations that meet the Home Front Command’s safety guidelines.

Health Fund Clinics

If medical attention is needed and the condition allows, remote services provided by the health funds’ call centers are preferable.

If you need to visit a clinic, the Ministry of Health recommends checking the health fund’s website or phone hotline before arriving to confirm that the clinic is open.

If the clinic is closed, consult the health fund’s site or hotline for available alternatives.

Preferably, medical services should be obtained through the patient’s own health fund.
In urgent cases only, when service is not available through your fund, you may go to a clinic of a different health fund.

Please note:  Although the above kupot are scheduled to be open, it is strongly recommended to call your local branch before heading out, to confirm that the specific service you need is available today. Some doctors and other staff members may not be present due to the lack of public transportation, including pharmacists and physicians who travel from outside the area.
