Level 3 Payroll/Bookkeeper
Job Description:
A large leading company in Beit Shemesh, engaged in importing and marketing construction products, is seeking an level 3 payroll/bookkeeper.
Role Description:
Ongoing accounting work – bank reconciliations, journal entries, payments, collections, periodic reporting to authorities,
preparation of employee payroll, analysis and reconciliation of accounts, import files, payments to local and international suppliers,
monitoring credit cards and ensuring proper functioning of the accounting department. Responsible for the preparation of
payments, employee onboarding, assisting and supervising cash flow management. Preparing books for external audit by a CPA.
Requirements:
Type 3 bookkeeping Certificate – required
Payroll bookkeeper Certificate – required
At least 5 years of experience as a bookkeeper, “up to balance sheet” – required
Previous experience in the tasks listed in the job description – required
Proven experience with Priority software – required
Familiarity with cash flow management systems – advantage
Basic English – required
Full proficiency in Office, especially Excel
Ability to work independently, proactive, and experience in team management
Good interpersonal skills, service-oriented, and ability to maintain good internal interfaces
Working Hours
Sunday–Thursday (excluding holiday eves and Fridays and Chol HaMoed)
8am -3pm.
Comfortable and pleasant working environment
This position is open to both men and women.
Personal transportation is required. The position is located at the company's offices in the Beit Shemesh industrial area.
