🤡 Kids! Stay safe and win!

Purim is a happy and exciting time, but for too many, it turns into a nightmare. Every year, hundreds of kids get hurt throughout the Purim season as they recklessly play with firecrackers, fireworks, and explosives in good fun. During the Purim season, the amount of child and teen injuries is twice as high as the rest of the year!

Besides for being illegal, these explosives are extremely dangerous, causing eyesight damage, finger loss, severe burns, hospitalizations, and even amputation in children as young as 6 or 7. The use of explosives and firecrackers is not only a hazard to the children (or adults!) using them, but also for anyone else in the surrounding area.

Also, it must be remembered that the sounds of the explosions can be distressing to IDF soldiers who have returned from combat and others who have experienced the bombings during the war.  Here is one soldier's story: https://swiy.co/r7mE
