Two Blood Drives This Week- URGENT Need for Blood Supplies

Due to the urgent need for more blood in the national blood banks, there will be two blood drives in Beit Shemesh this week. There is a significant shortage of blood types: O, A, B, AB minus.

📍 Ahavat Yisrael Yeshiva High School - 16 Nachal Dolev (beside the fire station), RBS A

The blood drive is in memory of Yeshiva alumni Zamir Pinchas Burke and Eliyahu Moshe Tzimbalist H'yD.

WHO: Healthy adults ages 18 to 65. (60 if it is your first blood donation) Adults older than 65 with a doctor's note 

PARENTS: Teens from age 17 with a parent's note and ID. Print out the last page of this form and a parent should sign it.

Bring: An official photo ID card is required (Teudat Zehut or Passport or driving license)
