An important message from Bituach Leumi / National Insurance:

There will be no public reception at the National Insurance branches from Monday, 19th August to Monday, 2nd September 2024 (inclusive).

Please note: Medical committees scheduled for these dates will be held as usual.

Public reception hours will resume on Tuesday, 3rd September  by booking an appointment in advance on the website.

Even though there are no public reception hours, there are still ways to contact them:

• On the website  - you can get updated information about your rights, chat with a human representative , Submit claims  and send documents  online, receive personal information  on the 'My Account' page on the website , contact them with inquiries in the Contact section, and perform a variety of actions quickly and easily.
• At self-service stations outside the branches - you can print certificates and forms. In Beit Shemesh there is also a machine in the lobby of the Iriyah building in Naimi Plaza.
