However, it is important to remember that it is classified as a hazardous material, and should be used responsibly while following safety rules and proper maintenance. Proper use helps to prevent household gas accidents and can save lives!

The ministry emphasizes that information about safety regulations and purchasing gas only from authorized suppliers and what to do in case of a gas leak can all be found on the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure's website. Remember that reporting gas safety hazards can prevent disasters. In case of emergencies such as gas leaks and safety hazards, one should immediately contact the emergency centers of the gas companies or the 102 hotline of the fire service, or the 100 hotline of the Israel Police.
It is advisable to to buy an electric hot-tray and time-switch for use on Shbabat and Chagim.
