Over the past few years, a growing number of frum professionals have begun asking a deeper question:
Is there a clear Torah framework for how to approach Parnassa - and am I living it?
According to Rav Yehoshua Gerzi, founder of the Pilzno Work Inspired initiative, the answer is often no.
“After speaking with thousands of working frum Jews, it’s become clear that many are navigating Parnassa without a clear understanding of the Torah’s perspective,” he explains.
Pilzno’s flagship program, a structured two-year Chabura, was created to address exactly this gap. The program guides participants through four essential areas:
Each section runs for several months, with new participants accepted only twice a year.
But beyond the content, the Chabura is designed to create real, lasting change.
“There are many shiurim available today,” says R’ Tzvi Broker, director of the Chabura. “What’s unique here is the focus on accountability, community support, and personalized mentorship - helping participants actually live what they’re learning.”
A Free Opportunity to Experience the Approach
In anticipation of the upcoming section on Infusing Work with Fulfillment and Avodas Hashem, Pilzno has released a free, self-paced 4-part mini-course titled:
“Work - How Hashem Intended.”
“Work Inspired really hits the nail on the head in addressing how to stay connected to Hashem while sitting in the office all day. It’s one of the first times I’ve seen the topic of work and Avodas Hashem explained in such a clear and structured way.” Levi, Finance Professional
The mini-course introduces foundational ideas that many have never fully explored, including:
It then culminates in a practical, guided exercise that helps you apply these ideas to your own work life - so you can begin implementing them immediately.
The course is fully self-paced, easy to access, and designed to give you a clear, practical framework you can begin applying right away.
The mini-course is currently available at no cost and is open to both men and women.
