There are 2 types of meters, a regular meter and a smart meter. The smart meter is found mainly in new buildings; the regular meter can be replaced at your request at the electric company. Price per kWh (kilowatt hour):
Regular meter - Fixed price: 64.02 agurot per kWh 
Smart meter - Rate by load and time (TAOZ): 🕒

⚠️ In winter (December-February) peak hours are 5pm till 10pm, in summer (June-September) peak hours are 5pm till 11pm., and the rate during these hours is significantly more expensive than off-peak hours.

In spring and fall, prices are relatively low, both at peak and off-peak hours.
