This Shavuot, we need to do Eruv Tavshilin in order to be able to cook (according to the Halachot of Yom Tov) on Chag for Shabbat. Take a cooked food (the accepted Minhag is to take an egg) with bread and say the following Bracha:

בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יי אֱלֹהֵינוּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם אֲשֶׁר קִדְּשָׁנוּ בְּמִצְוֹתָיו וְצִוָּנוּ עַל מִצְוַת עֵרוּב.

בָּזֶה הָעֵרוּב יְהֵא מֻתָּר לָנוּ לֶאֱפוֹת וּלְבַשֵּׁל וּלְהַטְּמִין וּלְהַדְלִיק נֵר וְלַעֲשׂוֹת כָּל צָרְכֵינוּ מִיּוֹם טוֹב לְשַׁבָּת לָנוּ וּלְכָל יִשְׂרָאֵל הַדָּרִים בָּעִיר הַזֹּאת.

Keep the bread and cooked food until Shabbat starts, and it's good to eat them at the Shabbat seuda.
